Recently, a fully automated stainless steel clad pot production line was successfully commissioned for our Vietnamese client, achieving a stable output of 400 units per hour. This marks the client's successful transformation from "finished product procurement and retail" to "in-house production."
The Vietnamese client initially partnered with us to purchase finished stainless steel pots for local retailers. Thanks to the high quality of our products and a strong market reputation, sales volumes steadily increased. To further control the supply chain and improve profitability, the client decided to build their own production line
During our year-long collaboration, we provided the client with a comprehensive solution: from mold design and key equipment selection to the supply of production consumables. We covered the entire production process—from steel coil unwinding, stamping, and deep drawing to cleaning, polishing, painting, and final assembly. This helped the client create an intelligent production line capable of producing medium- and high-grade stainless steel pots with a clad coating.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, our technical engineers traveled to Vietnam for equipment installation, commissioning, process optimization, and operator training, allowing the client's team to quickly master production skills. The production line is now running smoothly, and we can quickly respond to any technical issues the client encounters.
